USA
A. While Studying - Student & Work Visas
F1 Student Visa - With part time On-campus Work Permit or Off-campus CPT Work Permit
B. After Studies - Transitioning to Graduate Work Permit and/or Permanent Residence (PR)
OPT Graduate Work Permit - For F1 students who graduated in a post secondary program of at least 9 months. Valid up to 12 months but can be extended by another 24 months (total of 36 months) for degree graduates in the STEM field
H1B Work Visa - Full time employer sponsored work permit valid for 3 years extendible for another 3 years. May further lead to Immigrant status (e.g. on an EB2 or EB3 visa) upon meeting the immigration requirements.

C. Dependent Visas - For Student's Spouse/Partner and Child Below Age 21
a) Spouse/Partner - May join as student's dependent on an F2 visa but is not allowed to work. Must find an employment sponsor and apply for a work permit (EAD) to be able to work
b) Child up to Age 21 may join on a F2 visa

If it is a re-application which is the fastest option, we will endeavor to assist you in determining the best ways to address the specific refusal grounds as well as all the gaps & issues in your application and at the same time, in demonstrating that you meet the existing visa requirements by providing new / additional information and/or supporting evidence in your new application geared to overturn the visa refusal - as we have successfully done to many refused cases.
3. Next Steps After a Positive Assessment in the 1-On-1 - Signing of a covering Retainer Agreement so that we can officially start the process.
